Driving to Little River, South Carolina -- Tangi on the dashboard as we stop for the night in
Wytheville, Virginia.
Tangi usually rides on one of our laps or sits between us on her carrier.
Occasionally she goes in the back of the van and finds a soft spot.
In the motel, she chooses a place next to the TV.
Another favorite spot whenever we travel -- in mom's suitcase.

Soon after we arrive, we meet John and Kim for drinks. We were surprised
to learn that they had been married in Savanah, Georgia a few days before.
