More mom update

At Hot Head Burrito for lunch

Gail came out to say hello while mom and Echo were keeping
me company as I cleaned out my van.
Mom hangs out by the cigarette machine at Mustang Sally's
where we went to visit Betty (who gave mom her famous
singing daisies.)

I found the company that made mom's shoes and sent for a
new pair for her.
I got the same brand and same size as her old ones, but
we had a little trouble getting the shoe over her brace --
until I took it to the shoemakers and had it stretched. Now,
thanks to Archie, it fits just right.

At a brand new place that just opened near our house --
The Filling Station.

At a Thai restaurant.

Resting during our walk to the bank, wearing her World
Champion Pittsburgh Steeler jacket.

Here's a little game that mom and I play -- she HATES to see
the dishrag hanging on the faucet like this. So I always
leave it that way if I want her to get out of her chair and
dry the dishes after I wash them. (Sometimes she wants to
sit in her chair all day long.) She pretends to yell at me, but
she always gets up, dries the dishes, and puts the dishrag
where she wants it.
