Joe and I had lunch together last week. It was good to see him.
A nearby Dairy Queen cut down a tree in front except for the
trunk which was carved into an ice cream cone. It will be
painted soon.

Angi's was a classic Dayton bar and restaurant, but it has been closed for
a year or two. It recently opened as Angie's Firehouse Tavern. The owner
is a retired Dayton fire chief. (We are now back to 5 bars within 3 blocks
of our house.)
