Little River, South Carolina

The Steelers lost to the Browns, so I am hiding out in disguise in
     South Carolina.

No one will find me here, especially not those Browns fans
     like Jimmy.

It was 66 degrees today and I took a nice walk on the foggy beach.

I did some updates at the condominium. I called a plumber
to fix a small leak in one of the toilets. I also had the
     12-year-old water heater replaced...

And I had the rubber hoses on the wash machine replaced
with flexible steel hoses. Now I will have peace of mind at
home in Dayton, not having to worry about possible water
     problems developing at the condominium.

When his disc golf tournament in Garden City ended, Jimmy
and I visited the Sandy Monkey just up the road. It was
owned by an interesting woman from Pittsburgh (who died
recently) and it's a Steeler bar, of course.

In addition, the Sandy Monkey is a trivia bar.

Even in a Steeler bar, I couldn't escape the taunts.

Back in North Myrtle Beach, Jimmy uses his hat to impress
     the barmaid.

     And the waitress.

This bar used to be Eddy's, the first trivia bar in the area.
Later it became German John's and trivia was gone. I was
surprised to see that it is now Hillbilly's and I had to stop
     and check it out.
