Mom has been with me for two years
Mom lets me know when she is awake in the morning by opening her
blinds. Then I go in and make her breakfast.
July 4th was the 2-year anniversary of mom moving in. To celebrate, we
went to Kramer's and had two 40-ounce beers. Some of our best times
are me and mom just sitting, talking (laughing) and having a beer.
I'm so used to having mom around that I think I am more comfortable
when we are together than I am by myself. When I am without her,
something just doesn't seem right.
