Mom and I in the Pacific Northwest

We stayed at the Dayton Airport Hotel the night before we
left. As usual, we had a nightcap and a snack while playing
trivia at Bunker's near the airport in Vandalia.

6:00 a.m. the next morning -- because of her wheelchair,
mom and I get on the plane first.

We took off in the early morning darkness, but above the
     clouds we saw the light.

Just enough time to change planes in Atlanta and we are
on our way to Portland, Oregon.

I read books on my Kindle and also read the rules of disc golf.

We made it to Portland in good shape.

And we had lunch with Cole and Lisa before unpacking at
     their house.

Later in the week, mom and I have a snack at the Brickhouse
     in downtown Vancouver, WA.

The dogs, Ima and Tyler, wait at the gate for Lisa to get
     home.

When she's not waiting at the gate, Tyler waits for Lisa at
     the window.

Once Lisa is home, Ty gets comfortable.

Cole let me use her car for the whole week.

I am playing disc golf at some great courses in Oregon. Here
is breakfast near Mt. Hood after one of my early morning rounds.

It's nice to be here in the Pacific Northwest.
