I paid someone to cut up and haul away the branch.

Gail's dad had a lot of large branches come down in his back yard. He paid someone
to cut them up, and I hauled away the large pieces for him. Here is a partial load in
my van. I hauled five full loads to the dump.

I got some good exercise lifting these big pieces.

The smaller brances were piled along the street for the city to pick up.

Most streets looked like this a couple of days after the storm -- piles of branches
everywhere.

Traffic lights were out in many places.

It took almost two weeks to get everyone's power back on. I took these pictures of
signs on day 9.

There were trees down on the disc golf course, but players acted quickly to get things
cleaned up enough to play.

Certain holes are somewhat easier minus a few trees.

 Wind Storm

The remainder of a hurricane from the gulf coast arrived in Ohio as a wind storm unlike any we've had before. There were branches, trees and power lines down throughout the city. This branch on my garage, and a broken window in the house were my only issues. We were one of the lucky ones who never lost power.
