Final work includes recaulking any cracks and touchup paint. The new carpet has
not been installed in the hallways yet. Mom and I will be back in a month for the
homeowners annual meeting. I can see the completely finished look then.
One example of the other, little improvements is that the heat pumps for each unit
have been raised above ground level.

Condominium Rehab
Work is almost finished on my building. Improvements include a new roof, new skylight, new siding and paint, reconstructed railing, carpet and screen on my porch, foundation work, and more.
