Fresh Parsley
The parsley in my garden suddenly (or so it seemed) sprung up to almost waist high. I cut it back and dried the leaves in the microwave (it takes about 2 minutes). The rather large pile of leaves dried down to the small amount in the white bowl.
Mom and Gail get fresh parsley with their scrambled eggs this morning.
