I need a picture that shows my arm and disc position at the very beginning of my throw. I think I might
not be reaching far enough back to generate maximum power. And my arm should probably be a
little higher at the position pictured above.

 


I still have the tendency to release the disc with my arm too high.

 


But if I concentrate, I can get a nice, level arm.

 


Off to retrieve discs after some early morning, pre-round, practice throws.

A record of my first 40 rounds of 18 holes. I could have made the improvement look greater by fooling with the scale on the Y axis (like the newspapers often do), but I preferred to use the full, honest scale.
