Here's the back side of the same building with siding replaced on the first floor only.
Building 1 -- still the old look.

Seams in the new siding are being caulked and everything is being painted by hand.

Any rotted wood has been replaced. In this case, new posts and new wood along the
base.
The pool buildings have been redone and show the new roof that is on all buildings.

When the painting is finished, the carpet will be replaced (brown, I'll bet).
Condo Rehab
The complete make-over for the complex is far from complete, but this view, showing the approach to building 2 (including my unit) gives a good idea of what it will look like. New roof, new skylights, foundation work, wood replacement, new siding and a complete paint job are all part of the rehab.
