Lisa, Cole and mom at dinner, McMenamins on the Columbia River.
Lisa's house renovation included a complete remodeling of the basement, a new room
added to the house (on the left side of the porch), a new roof and new siding.
I understand the next project will be an outdoor, under roof, cooking area on the left
side of the house. And the landscaping will follow.
Breakfast by Lisa -- I think she called them "German babies" -- waiting for the
powdered sugar and lemon juice to be added. Delicious.
It was so nice to see Cole.
Vancouver
Cole, Lisa and Joey live in Vancouver, Washington, just across the river from Portland. Mom and I flew from Columbus to Portland, and we had a terrific visit. Cole really enjoyed spending time with her grandma.
