The drinks are made of pure cranberry juice, kukicha tea, apple cider and fresh orange,
served hot or cold -- we had hot. The appetizer is a walnut pate with a creamy
tofu on top.

 


After miso soup, we had a vegetarian feast. They wanted to give us a free dessert,
but we were too full -- so they comped us the appetizer and drinks. How nice.
