Since Dickens passed away during the past year, Wee is the elder statesman of
the house.
Feeding time means both cats come to the kitchen and patiently wait. Pepper is
young and more active, even as she waits.
At first Wee was more friendly to me. But as the week went on, Pepper hung out with
me more and more.
Laying next to me as I check my email.
Watching me eat my bowl of cereal.
Playing with my foot.
Walking away with my lens cover during a photo shoot.
Following Eastern tradition, Wee spends more time alone in her old age.
I did go out of my way, of course, to pay attention to him when he would allow me.
You can't tell, but Pepper is keeping her right paw on my leg.
