I've also been playing around with the audio editing software that came with my CS 4 bundle from
Adobe. It is called "Soundbooth," and the interface is shown above as I edit the sound within a
video. One of the cool features is that you can easily remove a specific background sound (e.g. a
cell phone ringing) with very little loss to other concurrent sounds. The horizontal lines on the right
side of the bottom, colorful display represent a sound. Simply selecting those lines and deleting them
will remove the sound.

 

 Software

I've always liked the Photo/Graphic Edges software by Auto FX, but the upgrade prices are high. As a result, I stayed with version 4 when versions 5 and 6 came out. Now version 7 has been released and I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade.
