Cadillac Jacks was ready. The new deck looks good.

Some of the locals at the bar. Ken, second from the left, finished highest among
the locals -- third place.

NTN provided lots of food which was available before the game started and refreshed
at halftime. I didn't get a picture of the NTN representatives because they were too
busy organizing, answering questions, worrying about sun spots, etc. The women in
blue shirts on the left are two of the three NTN representatives. They did a great job.

All players received an NTN bag with goodies. The wait staff got shirts, and NTN
took care of them, tip wise, at the end of the day.

The winner was this happy guy from Northern Ohio -- Lakeland, maybe?

Some people came early, like the Michigan group, and played trivia with us
throughout the weekend. Yankee, on the right, gets the prize for coming earliest
and staying longest.

Friday or Saturday before the QB1 tournament. Looks like that game could be
another win.

And it's a win over some very good competition.

As you can see, the Michigan group seriously punked our board. After they left,
the only challenge for us is to see if we can complete the monthly board with all
perfect games.

It's Oct. 20th and we have one more perfect game to go.

NTN QB1 Tournament
Cadillac Jacks was one of 7 QB1 tournament sites in the country. NTN personnel from California hosted 40 players who preregistered to play the October 7th Cleveland-New England game. The winner gets a free trip to Las Vegas and a chance to play QB1 there for the $10,000 grand prize.
I took this picture from the back so as not to disturb the players. |
