Old friends, Sonny and Mary Jo.

The Irish dancers at George Newcom's Tavern.

On the flip side of meeting old friends, we drove by the former Duke's
and saw that it has been torn down. It's hard to believe so many good
times were had in that small, empty space.

St. Patrick's Day

Gail and I started the afternoon with a green beer at Newcom's Tavern where we saw Irish dancers.

From there we visited the new Southern Belle (we had many friends at the old Southern Belle). We heard that Mary Jo might be up the street at Connell's, so we made a stop there, and to our pleasant surprise, we found many of our old friends from Fred and Sylvia's and the Southern Belle. It became a St. Patrick's Day reunion.
