It was cold and there were no other dogs outside, so we had our custard
in the van.
Soon a half-doxen dogs showed up, so we went out to visit.
I was
busy with my cone in one hand and the leash in the other,
so I
didn't
get any pictures of Echo with the other dogs.

Today is March 13 and it is 70 degrees. Here's Echo playing with a stick and looking
forward
to a
warm-weather custard on April 2nd, the next Dogs Night Out.

Dogs Night Out
The local Ritter's Frozen Custard has "Dogs Night Out" on the first Monday of each month -- year round. Dogs get a free cup of frozen custard with a dog biscuit on top.
The manager said they get 200-300 dogs during the Summer, and considerably less in the Winter. We took Echo for the first time on March 5th.. |
