Emily's Artichoke DipWhen I was at Cole's and Lisa's in Vancouver, WA, I had some great dip. I saw the recipe on the refrigerator, so I copied it. It was called "Emily's Artichoke Dip." Simply mix one cup of grated parmesan cheese, one cup of mayonnaise, one pack of cream cheese, and two cans or jars of artichoke hearts (cut into pieces). Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for a half hour. Serve hot or cold. I've made three batches so far. Everyone who tastes it, loves it. The Emily in question would be Joey's aunt Emily.
