It's hard to get a good picture of the bedroom. You can see the bed, a dresser, TV
and the dehumidifier. Another dresser with a mirror is around the corner to the left.

The clock on the left chimes every fifteen minutes. Mom's pictures are up, and
there is food on the rack in the corner.

The curtains are hung (not my favorite job) and a rug adds a splash of color.

I installed a folding door to the shower and bathroom.

Our first trip to the grocery store.

Mom wrapped and packed all of her crystal and snow babies. Here she is
unpacking them and arranging them in the cabinet. This picture shows the
kitchen and the side of the room with the couch, TV and bathroom.

This picture shows the other side of the room with the bedroom, closet and storage
space.

We have wireless intercoms that mom and I can use to communicate between
her space and me in the back of the house.

And yesterday we got two cell phones on the family plan -- so we can call each other
anytime,
anyplace.

The space is looking good, and so is mom.
I've met two of my goals for the month of June -- healing the burn on my foot and
getting mom moved into her new space. Now it is time for my third goal -- a trip
to South Carolina for beer, trivia, the beach, a condo meeting and relaxation.

Mom's Space - Finished!
Well, not quite finished. I have to do some painting and some minor tweaking -- e.g. hang the medicine cabinet and towel racks.
Here's mom getting coffee ready for tomorrow morning. This picture provides a good overview of her new home.
