A box from Radio Shack that boosts the cable TV signal to avoid distortion
or interference (or something like that).
A ceiling fan with light (separate wall switch for each) in the
kitchen area.
I finished the drywall, and added a white splash panel above the counter.
Faucets are installed and working. The electrical outlets have built in breakers
for safety.
The shower is plumbed and a fan/light combo
is installed in the
ceiling.

I have been accumulating the furnishings. Here you see the microwave, the flat panel
TV,
and an end of the couch.
Kitchen table and chairs have been added. I still have to finish the doorway into
the bathroom. That will be today's project -- I wanted to make sure the cable to
the TV was working before I sealed it inside the wall.
Mom is getting excited about her new place.

The plumber and electrician are almost finished.
I ran cable for TV, phone and computer. The space will have wired and wireless Internet connections.
