Nikon Camera and Adobe Lightroom

Fruit

Gail bought and displayed a bunch of fruit yesterday. I took the opportunity to do some experiments with my camera in order to learn a little more about camera settings. I took 36 versions of this picture, changing the settings with each shot.

I sorted the pictures in Adobe Lightroom and learned that this computer (500 MB of memory) cannot handle that many raw images in Lightroom. It took forever for Lightroom to create and display versions of the images.

I also learned that I still prefer to do most of my image manipulation in Photoshop, not Lightroom.

More Fruit

From a slightly different angle.

And I couldn't resist fooling around with the images...
