More Property Update

The view from my screened-in porch. Bella Vista will be in the area on
the other side of the new fire station, between the two posts.
The complex on the South side of us is almost complete. It is
limited to people over 55 and no children allowed. The units originally
started at $129,000 and now, a year and a half later, start at $249,000.
Our pool resurfacing is complete.
The tennis court (on the marina side) is cleaned and lines have been
repainted.
