Drawing Application

ArtRage is software along the lines of Painter. Use pencils, pens, crayons, chalk, paint brushes, palette knives, etc. to draw and paint. The paint stays wet so you can blend it, smear it, etc. There is a free version and an enhanced, very inexpensive version.
