More Stockyards

Not only was Duke cooking, but his poetry was on the placemat.
I had porkchops, mashed potatoes, garlic bread and salad.

You gotta like a place that still has a separate speakeasy entrance.

Dollar beers in the speakeasy all day long on Mondays.

And this ad for open stage pickin' and singin' on Sunday afternoons looked
very interesting. I'll have to check it out.

This shot of the entrance (as I leave) shows that the Stockyards still has
the feel of a place for cattlemen in the early 1900's.
