Katrina Survivor

Sampson is a Katrina survivor who now lives with Amy's mother. Amy, as part of an animal rescue group who traveled to New Orleans, brought Sampson back and, with the help of Cliff and a local vet, nursed him back to health against all odds.

The vet thought Sampson had no chance of survival and wanted to put him to sleep.
