Bill's Comix 2006

Experiments

An experiment with simple animation. The animation seems to result in greater participation from the viewer. After messing at length with the timing, this comic seems to be moderately successful. The general concept has potential and I hope to try several more in the same vein.

Abstract Comix

Asks a question about our frantic and often mindless routines. This comic provides an indirect comment on consumerism vs. intellectualism.

Other

Inspired by the Spring equinox and Larrie Bird. This comic takes a shot at an easy target.
A comment on the politics of fear. The out of focus graphics could reflect the out of focus politics of our time.
Yes, Larrie Bird went to college. And so can you, no matter who you are. Is that a good thing?
The Internet was a radical innovation with the potential to really change things for the better, but along the way something went very wrong ... many in power chose to protect their positions of privilege.
Echo speaks her mind. Take a lesson, will ya.
The old saying about sleeping dogs is adapted to modern times.

Archives

Comix from 2005 -- also has links to archived comix from 2004.
I haven't compiled my comix from 2004 onto a page of their own, so you will find them in the archived list at the bottom of the 2005 comix.
