Reno -- Final Day

Comedy

On our last night we went to a comedy show by Josh Blue (who just won Last Comic Standing). The show was great.

More Final Day

The opening comedian was from a TV sitcom, but I don't remember
his name or the name of his sitcom.

The show was at the Grand Sierra Resort where they had lots of things
to do, like this driving range with greens in a lake.

Fun -- and, yes, they used floating golf balls.

We also went to a comedy club the previous night. There were only about
15 people in the audience and it was interesting to see the two comics
work in such a small venue. Rob Little from the CBS sitcom, Fire Me Please,
was the headliner.

We visited most of the bigger, destination casinos outside of downtown
Reno. Here's Atlantis, where I watched the first half of the Steeler game.

I think I got pictures of just about everything....

And the weather was fine. Our weather for last week --
and next week looks the same. Sun, sun, sun.

I won a little money almost everywhere I gambled. See the three
sevens? I won $25 on one pull. If the order had been red-white-blue
instead of white-blue-red, I would have won $250.

Gail left for Dayton this morning (I miss her), and I will pack up and leave
for Burning Man tomorrow.
