More Pyramid Rock

With our permit in hand, we headed down a dirt road toward the lake.
The road followed the Eastern shore of the shimmering lake.
The road had a terrible, washboard surface, and we stopped for the
occasional picture, so it took us almost an hour for dirt-road driving.

There, we made it.
Gail gets out to search for a way down to the rock.

Made it. The van serves us well once again.
Gail on the right, checking out the bay.
Gail checks the bays on both sides of us to see which one is better
for floating.
