Web Gallery Wizard Pro

Nice Photo Gallery Tool

I tried yet another piece of software to create photo galleries -- Web Gallery Wizard Pro. This might be the best of the bunch -- especially for web galleries.

The biggest problem that I've found with auto-gallery software is that the file sizes for the galleries are often enormous. Distribution on CD would be fine, but Web distribution would be problematic. With Web Gallery Wizard, the file size seems to be small, and, best of all, the images appear to be downloaded as needed. A one-MB project opened instantly in Firefox and in a few seconds in IE (using DSL) -- all 30 images in the gallery were immediately available for viewing.

Another nice touch is that each project includes an autorun file (and a favicon.iso) so that the project can be burned to CD and autorun will be included.

For me there was no learning curve and I created my first galleries in minutes. The templates are professional, customizable, and new templates are available from the web.
