Larry and I installed
a CD burner in a Linux computer.
And a DVD burner on a Windows machine.
Linux: I downloaded some
ripping and burning software with Lindows click-n-run
and we burned a CD. SUCCESS.
Windows: The reason I
had the CD burner is that I replaced it in a Windows machine
with a DVD burner that I bought during a Comp USA special this week for $99.
Our first DVD burning tests were successful, too -- they played on the DVD
player in the bedroom.
