External Firewire Drive for Mr. Mac
The advice for editing with Final Cut Pro is to have an external firewire drive as a scratch disk. Luckily I had an 80 gig 7200 rpm that I found at Comp USA a couple of weeks ago for only $59. So I picked up the Pyro converter that holds any internal drive, converting it to an external one. The black box on top of the Mac is the firewire Pyro drive holder. I now have two 60 gig internal drives and one 80 gig firewire drive for a total of 200 gigs for video editing. The Pyro converters are stackable, so I can always add more!
