The first lesson is that students definitely approved of the hybrid approach as implemented in this case. This approach should, indeed, be pursued -- that is the student view.

The primary lesson for improvement is that there should be a smoother flow between the Tuesday in-person and the Thursday on-line sessions. That will be my primary process improvement goal for Winter, 2002.
